01 — ABOUT

A tech professional who starts with the human side

I am a tech professional who believes that behind every great piece of software is a deep understanding of human and business needs. My career began in a unique place: high-stakes event organization and broadcasting, where I managed projects with up to 2,800 attendees. This fast-paced, high-pressure environment honed my crisis management, communication, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

In my journey as an ERP Consultant, I have brought those exact operational strengths into the IT world. Today, I specialize in diving deep into clients' workflows — particularly in accounting, finance, and operations — and translating those needs into precise technical requirements. From designing database architectures with SQL to handling back-to-front integrations with APIs, I am dedicated to being the "connective tissue" that keeps stakeholders and developers completely aligned.

"I am a self-starter who loves learning new tools — currently expanding my skills in Python and data visualization to offer even deeper data-driven value."

02 — WHAT I DO

Four ways I make systems work

System & Business Analysis

Translating complex operational requirements (e.g., finance, purchasing, inventory) into technical specifications, mapping workflows, and designing logical system flowcharts.

ERP & Software Consulting

Leading end-to-end implementations of SAP Business One. Conducting discovery sessions, training users, and coordinating with development & QA teams to ensure successful delivery.

Data & API Integration

Designing backend-to-frontend data synchronizations. Competent in API mapping, handling JSON payloads, and configuring webhooks for cross-functional connectivity.

Application Support & Diagnostics

Monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnosing system/workflow failures in live environments. Conducting data audits and query analysis to find root causes and ensure SLAs are met.

SAP Business One ↔ Custom System Sync Pipeline

Document-sync pipeline: custom app ↔ ERP via REST/JSON middleware

ERP Consultant Status TBC
Architecture diagram — SAP B1 sync pipeline Flow: Sales/Warehouse Users trigger the Custom Application, which calls the SAP B1 Service Layer. SQL views and stored procedures feed back to a REST/JSON middleware layer, which delivers data to the consuming application. A dashed edge shows the retry/error-alert path from middleware back to the custom application. Sales / Warehouse Users Custom Application SO · PO · Invoices SAP B1 Service Layer REST API SQL Views & Stored Procs data layer REST/JSON Middleware sync layer retry / error alert

Problem

Sales and warehouse teams were manually re-keying transaction documents — Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoices — between SAP Business One and a custom application. Data entries drifted between systems and reconciliation was entirely manual, creating silent data integrity risk.

Architecture

SAP Business One Service Layer → SQL views & stored procedures → REST/JSON middleware → consuming application. Error handling and retry logic were built in so failed syncs surfaced as visible alerts rather than silent data loss.

Result

Manual duplicate entry eliminated across all integrated document types. Sync failures now surface immediately instead of going undetected.

Key contributions

  • Designed the REST/JSON middleware layer connecting the custom application to SAP B1 Service Layer
  • Built SQL views and stored procedures to expose the ERP data layer for sync
  • Implemented error handling and retry logic so failed syncs surface as visible alerts
  • Eliminated manual duplicate re-keying of Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoices

Finance & Inventory Workflow Specification

From undocumented tribal knowledge to signed-off, testable specification

ERP Consultant Status TBC
Process flow — Finance & Inventory Workflow Specification Four-stage process flow: Stakeholder Discovery sessions lead to As-is Process Mapping (BPMN), then to Specification and Schema Design (functional, technical, and database deliverables), and finally to UAT Sign-off. Stakeholder Discovery sessions As-is Process Mapping BPMN flowcharts Specification & Schema Design functional · technical database schema UAT Sign-off stakeholders

Problem

As-is workflows were entirely undocumented. Tax handling rules and accounting logic lived in individual team members' heads, making the system unauditable and impossible to hand over or test reliably.

Architecture

Conducted stakeholder discovery sessions to map as-is processes, then produced to-be BPMN flowcharts, a full database schema design, functional and technical specifications, and a structured UAT plan for sign-off.

Result

Delivered a written, testable specification with full stakeholder sign-off — turning tribal knowledge into a repeatable, auditable process.

Key contributions

  • Ran stakeholder discovery sessions to surface and document undocumented as-is workflows
  • Produced to-be BPMN flowcharts translating tribal knowledge into auditable process maps
  • Delivered a full database schema design alongside functional and technical specifications
  • Structured and managed a UAT plan through to full stakeholder sign-off

04 — HOW I WORK

From messy workflow to shipped system

Discovery

Meet the client, listen to how the work actually gets done, and surface the friction.

Analysis & Mapping

Map current workflows, identify the gaps, and translate business needs into precise requirements.

Data & System Design

Design database schemas and logical system flowcharts that the build can hang off.

Specify & Coordinate

Hand development and QA teams clear functional specs, and keep them aligned with the client throughout.

Train & Handover

Train users, run UAT, and refine until the delivered system matches how people really work.

Support

Monitor the live environment, diagnose failures, audit data, and keep SLAs met after go-live.
